When artist and illustrator, Alex Saba of Lusid Art, decided to create an exhibition that explored the complex relationship women have with their bodies, she had no idea of the support she was about to receive. In partnership with amBush gallery, she created the exhibition in honour of women suffering from eating disorders and unhealthy body image- with all proceeds from the artworks going to the Butterfly Foundation.

*If you or anyone you know is struggling with their self perception and relationship with their body and food, please know that help is out there. Often we can convince ourselves that the problem isn’t real, but know that if you are struggling, help is out there. Contact a school counsellor, headspace or reach out to the Butterfly Foundation and know that you are not alone. x
