This week, my goal is to focus on tranquility. keeping things clean and simple: from what I eat, to what I allow in my mind. A week to step back, to appreciate being alone and to feel truly present. Maybe I’ll go for long walks around the coast, maybe I’ll get around to reading some of my second hand penguin books I’ve been buying in bulk. No matter what, self love and inner peace is the theme and what better way to cherish the summer and lack of responsibility that comes with this ridiculous uni break than to go to the beach.
On the Menu: This delicious grilled peach, mozzarella and rocket salad.
Embrace: Salty hair, sand and salads. cucumber, mint and ginger juice, long walks and brazillian bikinis. A peaceful read and power yoga. Thrashing waves, clean skin and deep breaths.
